I went for a drive on the weekend to have a look at one of the new construction show homes that a local building company has put up on an area they are developing and it was a very nice house. I was actually looking at it as a possibility for my parents as they are looking to move closer to us and want a brand new house, so it seemed like a good option and good timing. At the moment they are selling off the plan and still have some of the prime sections available so I think I will be getting them to make a quick decision on it.
