While having a conversation with my realtor the other day, she mentioned that she was bringing in a park city escrow company to handle the closing of the house I was purchasing. As I trusted my real estate agent this sounded good to me so I gave her the go ahead and she made the arrangements. Now that I am almost done with the process of buying my home, I am glad that I had the escrow company working on my side as they did a thorough job and if I am ever in the position where I am purchasing property, I will be sure to hire them again.
