Business has been really good for me down here, especially lately. I guess the word must be out across the country that winters in Arizona are wonderful, and that housing prices are really down right now. Anyway, I have a steady list of folks that have contacted me as an Arizona mortgage broker because they have found the perfect place and want to get a mortgage. I really enjoy being able to help many of these people get their very first home, something they doubted that they would ever be able to afford. I especially like working with the young couples because they are so appreciative. They make my job very rewarding.
