Over twenty years ago my family passed down the family ranch to me and my now, ex-wife. At the time we were more than thrilled at the prospect of owning and maintaining a ranch of our own, but as the years went on it became more of a hassle and a burden than anything. We wanted to look into other homes or investment opportunites in Northwest Arkansas real estate , but felt that we could not handle both. So we decided to put our ranch up for sale and start looking for other investment properties to purchase. It took about one year and our ranch sold. We were very pleased with the realtor that helped us.
