My agent emailed me about new real estate land packages that she thought I would be interested in and she was spot on with it because it was almost the perfect place for us. The whole reason we need a new place is because we have a little one on the way and the two bedroom place we have at the moment just doesn’t have the space. The place the agent found for us has a lovely fenced yard which is ideal for kids and for the dog and it is a four bedroom house so there is plenty of room for when the family grows even more. No we just have to hope that we can negotiate the price a bit.
